Introduction

The Senior Admin Staff plays a critical role in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations by providing advanced administrative support to management and various departments. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information while coordinating office activities efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee office operations and ensure administrative procedures run efficiently
  • Provide high-level support to managers, including scheduling, communications, and documentation
  • Prepare reports, memos, and presentations as required
  • Manage internal and external correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and office events
  • Maintain accurate filing systems—electronic and physical
  • Supervise and support junior administrative staff when needed
  • Monitor office supplies and handle procurement processes
  • Assist in policy implementation and improve workflow processes
  • Handle confidential information with discretion

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
  • 3–5+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a senior or supervisory role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities
  • High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills
