Introduction
A Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, attract customers, and support business growth. This role involves market research, campaign planning, content creation, and close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure all marketing initiatives align with company objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities
- Manage social media accounts, create content, and optimize engagement
- Coordinate with designers, writers, and external agencies for branding and creative outputs
- Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools
- Assist in organizing promotional events, product launches, and trade shows
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and newsletters
- Maintain database of leads and support the execution of email marketing activities
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience in marketing or similar role (1–3+ years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing metrics
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office; basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
